The Golf East Gippsland Golf Championships were held at the Bairnsdale Golf Club on Sunday over 27 holes.
The event attracted a huge field of members and visitors for the highly sought-after district district event.
Mat Walkenhorst was the winner of the overall championship with an impressive score of 109, finishing four strokes ahead of Dale Reynolds.
The “B” grade event was won by Dudley Coetzer by one shot from David Clack.
The first Dale Cadd Memorial Junior Championship was won by outstanding local junior Noah Patterson, winner by two shots from Blake Robinson.
The senior championship was won by Jeff Hathaway on a countback from Sale’s John Hargreaves.
The Morecroft Handicap Stableford event was won by Hargreaves from Zepplin Allan.
