The Lucknow Football Netball Club Auskickers had their final session for 2025 last Thursday night.
They celebrated the occasion by joining the NetSetGo girls for a pie night.
The Magpies have been delighted with this year’s numbers, appreciative of the effort of Matt Schlitz for stepping up as coach.
It’s no easy task wrangling footy-mad kids, but he’s done a fantastic job.
Under the watchful eye of Auskick coordinator Sarah McKenzie with the assistance of the parent helpers, whether it was one session or every week, everything has run smoothly.
To finish the season the youngsters will play a curtain raiser match on Saturday, June 21, at the Lucknow Recreation Reserve before the Lucknow v Paynesville reserves fixture.
All 2025 Auskickers are invited to play in
a match, with players to be in the rooms
by 11.30am.
Kids are advised to wear runners or footy boots, their Auskick shirt or any comfy top and get ready for one more run on the field.
