Lakes Entrance Pickleball continues to set the tone locally, welcoming more visitors to its courts last Tuesday.
Liz, Sandra, Chris and Damien were holidaying in Lakes for a couple of days. Liz and Sandra play their pickleball at Somerville Indoor Pickleball Centre. It was their first taste of outdoor pickleball, so they had to contend with the often present windy conditions.
James Duff from County Meath in Ireland dropped in at Lakes Entrance Pickleball for a hit.
Travelling through Australia on holiday with his partner, Duff acquitted himself well for his first time out.
A tennis playing background made for an easy transition to the game of pickleball for Duff. Lakes continues to be a popular stopover for pickleballers travelling from far and wide wanting to play this ever evolving game.
