The Senior Swans classical ballet class for 50 years and over has proven a wonderful success since its inception in 2024 at Jan Pianta School of Dance.
“Those who are attending work at their own pace and limits while developing strength and balance,” Jan said.
Here are some encouraging comments from those who have been attending: “I can get out of bed now and feel more secure on my feet”; “The barre exercises have been developing strength in my legs and my balance has improved greatly.” And from another: “I love the classes, I am getting fitter and get to listen to beautiful music.”
