THUMBS DOWN: To the person or persons that cut down small trees and shrubs on the Hosie Street, Bairnsdale nature reserve near the fire station leaving an unsightly debris heap creating rodent habitat. The dumping has encouraged and worsened with a more recent addition of green garden waste.
THUMBS UP: To Nigel, who was riding his push bike in Grant Street on Sunday, December 1, and saw an elderly couple on their way home to Eden, struggling to change a tyre on their motorhome. He stopped to help them – well done Nigel.
THUMBS DOWN: To the brain dead morons who smashed the picnic table, the toilet door and the water tank with an axe and graffitied a log at Raymond Creek Falls. Who do you think pays to fix these? You do.
THUMBS UP: After a phone call to Parks Victoria they were prompt replenishing the toilet paper at Corringal Foreshore campgrounds.
